Olbas Oil is a mixture of essential pure plant oils for relief of bronchial and nasal congestion and hayfever by inhalation, and for symptomatic relief of muscular pain by application to the skin. Non greasy.

35.45 % (w/w) Eucalyptus oil (Eucalyptus spp., leaf and branch terminal)
35.45 % (w/w) Mint oil, partly dementholised (Mentha arvensis or Mentha x piperita, leaf)
18.5 % (w/w) Cajuput oil (Melaleuca spp., twig and leaf)
4.1 % (w/w) Menthol (Mentha spp., flowering tops)
0.1 % (w/w) Clove oil (Syzygium aromaticum, flower bud)
Non-medicinal ingredients: Juniper berry oil, Methyl Salicylate.
Suggested Usage:

To use with a tissue as the carrying / application medium:
Daytime/Waking Hours: Add 2 or 3 drops to a tissue and inhale the vapours.
Nighttime/Sleeping Hours: Add 3 or 3 drops to hot water and inhale the vapours.
To use with hot water as the carrying / application medium:
During Daytime/Waking hours: Add 2 or 3 drops to some hot water and inhale the vapours.
Night time: Add 2 or 3 drops to hot water and place in the bedroom to inhale through the night.
Do not store above 25 Celsius.

For inhalation only. If Olbas oil is accidentally swallowed, contact your local Poison Control Centre immediately.
Keep out of reach and sight of children. Do not apply to the face, particularly the nose or mouth, of infants and small children. If ingested by a child, seek urgent medical attention.
Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with water.
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are allergic to salicylates or any of the ingredients.
Do not use essential oils undiluted, or take essential oil internally (e.g. put drops into nose or mouth) without the guidance of a qualified practitioner.
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have epilepsy.
May cause allergic reaction (e.g. irritation of the respiratory tract) or nausea, dizziness, headache; in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If the oil comes into contact with skin, some people may experience allergic reaction (e.g. skin rashes, irritation, and dermatitis); in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
